In the automated laser cutting workshop, according to the instructions of the digital drawing, the high-energy laser beam cuts the steel plate into the initial shape of structural components such as the cab, boom and bucket rod. Each component has its own identity code, laying the foundation for subsequent full-process quality traceability.

Stop Two: Craftsmanship Welding, Endowing "Soul"

The cut components enter the welding station. Here, automated welding robots play a leading role, working in coordination with experienced welders to ensure that each weld seam is uniform, firm and reliable. Subsequently, it underwent the most crucial stage before leaving the factory - the comprehensive performance test. In the factory's testing area, professional commissioning engineers will start the equipment and conduct precise calibration and testing on all its actions such as walking, rotating and digging to ensure that it is delivered to the customer in a qualified state.
