Adopting spiral winding heating technology of copper belt, the heating speed is 30% faster than the traditional resistance wire, and the uniformity of heat conduction is improved by 50%, which ensures the constant temperature of the liquid or paint in the transportation (e.g. maintaining the active temperature of 25-30℃ in winter). The inner layer of the hose is a multi-layer resin reinforced tube (10MPa pressure resistance, corrosion resistance), and the outer layer is a low thermal conductivity insulating sleeve (surface temperature ≤ 50 ℃ to prevent burns).
Safety design: Standard Type-E thermocouple sensor (±1℃ accuracy) and 85℃ temperature switch, the former real-time temperature control, the latter in the event of sensor failure forced power-off, dual mechanism to reduce the risk of overheating to less than 0.1%.
