A New Powerhouse for All-Terrain Freight Transport: The HT1200 Tracked Dump Truck Makes Its Grand Debut

As an upgraded version of the 1.2-tonne class tracked transport equipment, the HT1200’s standout feature is its ability to ‘operate even where there are no roads’. Its tracked chassis is constructed from engineering-grade rubber, offering a large contact area and low ground pressure, enabling it to effortlessly tackle complex terrain such as steep slopes, muddy roads, gravel sections and wetlands. In agricultural settings, it can navigate orchard paths to transport fertiliser and fruit; on construction sites, it can rapidly transport sand, gravel and concrete; even in rainforest swamps or on snow-covered and icy surfaces, it can maintain stable passage thanks to its strong traction, thereby addressing the common issues of traditional lorries getting stuck or skidding at source.

Rapid loading and unloading is another key feature of the HT1200. Equipped with a hydraulic tipping system, the hopper can be tilted 90° up and down and rotated 180° left and right, with a maximum rotation angle of 260°. Combined with the one-touch lifting function, the unloading process takes just a few dozen seconds, delivering more than five times the efficiency of manual handling. The cargo bed, constructed from thickened steel plates, can carry heavy loads such as sand, gravel, timber and building materials, with a rated load capacity of 1.2 tonnes. It also supports flexible adjustment of the loading and unloading angles, enabling unloading even in confined spaces.

In terms of practical design, the HT1200 strikes a balance between ‘agility and durability’. Its compact body design ensures a small turning radius, allowing it to manoeuvre freely through narrow spaces such as orchards and construction site alleys; the machine features a reinforced chassis and wear-resistant tracks, making it suitable for harsh environments such as high temperatures and high humidity. It is also equipped with an electric start system and a centralised control handle, enabling even novice operators to get to grips with it quickly and significantly lowering the learning curve.

In terms of application scenarios, the HT1200’s versatility is particularly striking: in agriculture, it can be used for transporting produce in orchards and hauling grain from fields; in civil engineering and infrastructure projects, it is well-suited to building mountain roads and moving materials on construction sites; in forestry operations, it can easily transport timber and saplings; and even in emergency rescue operations, it can handle the transport of supplies across complex terrain.
